Seggern defines a One Man Brand as a specific marketing approach created for companies that are operated by the person that actually owns the company.  By tapping into their value structure, the goal is to create powerful marketing messages that are authentic and which resonate with consumers.

“We start with finding the company—and therefore the owner’s—real story.  From there we develop a message that will resonate and allow them to own a position in the mind of consumers.

“I believe that we live in a world that is over-hyped and over-stimulated, so I am especially interested in how to cut through the clutter and build brands that will stand the test of time,” he said.

Seggern has been building small businesses across North America since 2004 with the Wizard of Ads group, and before that spent a dozen years working as an announcer, program director and marketing director at various American radio stations.
